All in app activities can be tracked in the "My Games" portion of the Elite Sports 247 App. This includes entered tournaments, deposits and withdrawals.
If you would like to set a specific limit to your account, including but not limited to the ability to limit how much time, or money you spend on the ES247 app. Please contact support by creating a ticket here.
If you have forgotten your password or think your account has had any unauthorized person access your account. Please notify us as soon as possible. You can always reset your password by going to your "Account Settings" within the EliteSports247 App and click "Reset Password". If you have forgotten your password, simple click "Forgot Password?" on the login screen within the EliteSports247 App.
First and foremost, allowing another person access to your EliteSports247 Account is strictly forbidden. To help prevent unintended account access, remember to lock your device when you are not playing. It is also good practice to make sure your device has a passcode, fingerprint, facial or other locking system(s) turned on. If your account is accessed by another unauthorized person(s), you are responsible for their actions. If you think someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, you can always view your account/gaming history inside the app. You may also want to change your password.
To close your Elite Sports 247 account, open the app, go to "My Account" section at the bottom. Inside the "My Account" screen you will see "Delete Account" at the bottom. Follow any on screen instructions.
All of your account history can be viewed inside the app on the "My Games" section at the bottom of the main app screen.
EliteSports247 utilizes the most up to date technologies to verify all accounts are of legal age and eligibility. If a minor has access to your device, your account and/or your personal information; please consider installing parental control software to prevent access to the EliteSports247 app. If you believe a minor is playing on EliteSports247, please contact customer support. If a minor is found to be playing on your account, your account will be closed.
